Many users report significant pain relief within 1–2 days and full symptom resolution within a week of regular use.

Key Benefits:

  • Helps clear urinary tract infections naturally
  • Reduces painful or burning urination
  • Eases bladder irritation and urgency
  • Flushes harmful bacteria from the urinary tract
  • Supports kidney and bladder health

ABOUT HERBS

Key Herbs & Their Traditional Uses:

  • Nettle Leaf (Vr̥ṣīka) – Diuretic and anti-inflammatory; helps flush toxins and reduce swelling in the urinary tract.
  • Uva Ursi (Vatsaka) – Strong urinary antiseptic; traditionally used to treat UTIs and bladder inflammation.
  • Horsetail (Ashmaghna) – Astringent and healing; tones urinary organs and supports tissue repair.
  • Juniper Berry (Hapusha) – Antibacterial and diuretic; promotes kidney cleansing and urine flow.
  • Slippery Elm (Pṛśniparṇī) – Soothes mucous membranes; relieves irritation of the bladder and urethra.
  • White Oak Bark (Śveta Arjuna) – Astringent; tones bladder muscles and may reduce minor leakage.
  • Dandelion Leaf (Simhadanti) – Liver and kidney supportive; improves detoxification and urine output.
  • Corn Silk (Makaśikā tantu) – Traditional demulcent for the urinary tract; eases discomfort and promotes healing.

Together, these herbs form a synergistic formula to disinfect the urinary system, relieve discomfort, and restore function naturally.

HOW TO TAKE
How to Prepare and Use:

  • Dosage: Drink 2–3 cups per day, spaced throughout the day. Only use during daytime hours.
  • Acute Relief: Use more herbs per cup for stronger effect when symptoms are intense.

Preparation Method:

  1. Add 1 heaping teaspoon (or more) of tea to a tea ball or empty tea bag.
  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs.
  3. Steep for 15–20 minutes or longer.
  4. Drink warm; strain if needed.

Duration of Use:
Continue for at least 7 days or until all symptoms are gone. For chronic or recurrent UTIs, use once a month for prevention or as needed.

Pair with or one or more of the following:

  • KIDNEY & BLADDER DETOX TEA - For general urinary cleansing and kidney support.
  • BLADDER CONTROL TEA - For urgency, leakage, and bladder tone.
  • KIDNEY STONE TEA - For those also dealing with kidney gravel or small stones.

TIPS & NOTES
Dietary guidelines:
Avoid spicy, acidic, and sugary foods during a UTI. Drink plenty of warm water and avoid alcohol, coffee, and cold beverages, which irritate the bladder. A light, alkaline diet rich in vegetables and cooked foods is best.

This formula is designed for short-term use. For chronic urinary issues, a longer protocol may be needed. Book a Zoom consultation with Khabir Southwick for custom guidance.
