ABOUT HERBS

Tagar (Valeriana wallichii) – A powerful natural sedative in Ayurveda, Tagar reduces muscle tension and excessive nerve activity, helping to slow the system and promote sustained sleep.

Jatamamsi (Nardostachys jatamansi) – Traditionally used to nourish the mind and calm emotional turbulence. It relieves anxiety, reduces nighttime worry, and helps rebuild mental strength over time.

Shankpushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) – Known in Ayurveda as a calming brain tonic. It supports smooth mental transitions into sleep and reduces circular thoughts or nighttime overstimulation.

Sarpagandha (Rauwolfia serpentina) – A classical herb for reducing blood pressure and calming the heart. It slows the pulse and encourages full-body relaxation.

Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) – Traditionally used in Ayurveda to promote deep, sustained sleep. Nutmeg takes effect slowly (often 3–4 hours after ingestion), helping maintain rest throughout the night. It calms excess Vata in the mind and senses, making it ideal for those who wake frequently or sleep lightly.

Together, these herbs work synergistically to calm Vata dosha, relieve tension, promote uninterrupted rest, and strengthen the nervous system from within.


HOW TO TAKE
Suggested Use

Powder:
– Take 1 to 2 teaspoons in warm milk (raw preferred), almond milk, oat milk, or warm water
– Add 1 teaspoon of ghee for absorption
– Consume about 1 hour before bedtime
– A second dose may be taken if you wake during the night

Capsules:
– Take at least 3 capsules with warm milk or milk alternative plus ghee
– Do not take with plain water (fat is needed for absorption)

Safe for long-term use. Many individuals notice deeper, more consistent sleep within the first week. Nervous system benefits increase over time.
