This Ayurvedic Respiratory Tonic is specially formulated to open airways, soothe irritation, and improve breathing naturally. Ideal for non-productive coughs (with little to no mucus), dry asthma, or bronchitis, this powerful blend includes time-tested bronchodilators, anti-inflammatories, and soothing herbs to restore respiratory health.

 Perfect for Vata & Pitta types, or those experiencing dry respiratory conditions. If mucus is present, consider the Ayurvedic Respiratory Tonic #54 instead.

Directions

1. Take 1 teaspoon of the formula with 2-3 tbsp. of warm water and lots of raw honey to create a syrup-like consistency.

2. Do not drink water immediately after taking it—allow the herbal syrup to coat and soothe your throat.

3. For best results, take 3-4 times daily or more frequently as needed.

4. For stubborn cases: Increase the dosage gradually and continue use until symptoms subside.

 Frequent, smaller doses throughout the day work better than a single large dose.
