ABOUT FORMULA

   This superfood is meant to replace most of your traditional bottles of synthetic vitamins and minerals. Additionally, this formula balances the Pitta dosha in Ayurveda which is generally warm, even hot at times, with a strong appetite and metabolism.

   This formula has the prized Ayurvedic herb that is both cooling and high-building in nature: Shatavari, possibly the best herb to balance the pitta dosha. This is achieved by reducing the stomach acids and thus appetite while eliminating the chance of acidity or heartburn.

   Highly nutritional superfoods like wheat grass, Barley Grass, Chlorella, and Alfalfa are included to cover most of an adult's nutrients, including B12, if taken in sufficient quantity. Particularly due to the Wheatgrass, this formula is very effective at cleaning the blood and improving liver function, thus helping with most skin conditions.

   Amla is a slightly sour fruit known to balance the pitta dosha and has one of the highest sources of vitamin C of any plant. Combined with the turmeric this formula clearly has an anti-inflammatory aspect to it. Coriander Seed powder is to support digestion, and some stevia is added for the sweet taste.

INGREDIENTS

100% Organic ingredients: Barley Grass, Wheatgrass, Alfalfa, Shatavari, Chlorella, Amla, Coriander Seed, Turmeric, Stevia. (Add 1 tsp. raw cane sugar if preferred)

HOW TO TAKE

Add 2-3 tsp. to 8-10 oz of milk substitute preferably coconut milk or organic RAW cow milk (in the morning) or blend in 3-4 TBS of hemp seeds for a complete meal.

* One bag lasts about a month if taken daily

Dietary guidelines:
To balance Pitta, favor sweet, cooling, and mildly dry foods. Avoid spicy, oily, and acidic items like tomatoes, chilies, vinegar, alcohol, and fried foods. Include foods like basmati rice, steamed greens, coconut water, mung dal, fresh cilantro, and cucumbers. Avoid stimulants and caffeine. Eat regular meals at consistent times and do not skip meals.

Note: These Ayurvedic formulas are more powerful than teas, tinctures, or single herbs. Many are formulas within formulas, totaling up to 50 herbs per product. These products are traditionally used to address doshic imbalances and require proper selection based on body type or condition.
