Directions

Each bag contains approximately 25-30 servings or approx.

1. Take 1-2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea.
2. Place the tea into a strainer ball, empty tea bag, or directly into a cup.
3. Pour boiling water over the tea and steep for 5-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add honey or cane sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter tea.
