Directions

1. Acute Use (Infection or Cold Onset):
   Take ½ to 1 teaspoon in ½ cup of warm water, 3 or more times daily between meals. Best when mixed with honey to improve taste and enhance therapeutic action.

2. Preventative Use:
   Take ½ to 1 teaspoon once daily for daily immune maintenance.

3. For Children or Small Pets:
   Use ⅛ teaspoon, mixed into butter or juice.
   Older children/larger pets: ½ teaspoon is appropriate.

4. Adults with higher needs:
   May take up to 2–3 teaspoons daily, based on individual constitution and health status.
