You can add this seasoning to all of your legumes dishes, make spicy “Indian” sauces and sprinkle on your food directly. 

Our Kapha Spice Blend is formulated to ease digestive disturbances associated with kapha dosha including low appetite, sluggish digestion, slow metabolism, decreased peristaltic action, feelings of lethargy after meals and chronic food allergies especially to diary.  This seasoning uses hot-and-spicy herbs, such as ginger, black pepper and cayenne pepper.  Plenty of cumin is also added to strengthen digestion and avoid gas and bloating with meals.  All of these spices stimulate the digestive enzymes and stomach acids.   Salt is minimized in this seasoning.  As is traditional in Indian seasonings turmeric is the base of this formula which brings a wide range of digestive, circulatory and immune supporting benefits. 

The formula is not recommended for those with a "burning" appetite, GERD, acidity or a hot body temperature.  This formula is good for people feel cold or calm with little or no appetite and feeling heavy all the time. Thus. it helps with Weight loss.  Overall it's a very hot and spicy seasoning that is not suitable for children and someone who does not like hot seasonings.
