How to Use for Best Results

Healing Ghee:

• Clean the anal area
• Apply with a clean cotton swab
• Use twice daily or as needed

Hemorrhoid Formula:

• Take 1–2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water
• For extra soothing, mix with 1–2 tbsp Aloe Vera juice
• Not for use with chronic diarrhea

Colon Detox Tea:

• Use 1–3 teaspoons per cup based on strength needed
• Steep for 15–30 minutes
• Drink 1–2 times per day, as needed to avoid constipation and maintain soft stools
