Product Description

This powerful yet gentle tea combines traditional herbs that support the digestive system and aid in detoxification. It includes Senna Leaf and Cascara Sagrada, two well-known laxatives, but their effects are balanced by soothing carminative herbs like Peppermint Leaf, Ginger Root, Cumin Seeds, and Fennel Seeds. These digestive herbs help prevent abdominal cramping and discomfort, a common issue with many laxative-based teas.

Unlike many harsh, unbalanced laxative blends, this formula provides relief without the violent or forceful effects. The strength of the formula can easily be adjusted based on your needs by varying the amount of tea used. For mild constipation, use 1-2 teaspoons for a gentler effect. For more chronic constipation, a stronger cup made with 3-4 teaspoons can be taken at night.

Directions

1. Use 1-4 teaspoons of the blend, depending on the severity of your condition.
2. Steep the tea for 15-30 minutes or until it cools (it will become more potent the longer it steeps).
3. Strain and drink. Alternatively, you can use a reusable tea strainer or an empty tea bag.
