Ayurvedic Calming Formula

This formula is very calming and supports the nerves and mind. Ashwagandha is the best herb to support the nervous system, help manage stress, and balance the Vata dosha. Bramhi is the premier herb for the mind and memory and helps to manage stress and keep the mind stable and calm. Both Jatamansi and Shankpushpi are the key herbs in Ayurveda to calm and support the nervous system. Tagar is also called Indian valerian root and, in larger dosages, becomes a sedative, but in small dosages, it can prevent a panic attack.

This formula is tailored for individuals who are thin, not overweight, somewhat weak, very sensitive, easily anxious and nervous, and susceptible to panic attacks. It provides a holistic solution to support the nervous system and prevent panic attacks.

Take 1 - 2 tsp on an empty stomach with warm milk (raw preferred), Oat, or Almond Milk; or in warm water with some ghee. It's best in the morning if you get anxious, or it can be taken as needed. It can be taken long-term.

The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 tsp in the morning and another dose in the afternoon to avoid anxiety. The formula should not be taken with just water. As per Ayurveda, these herbs should be taken in a cup of warm milk, preferably goat milk, as it is the most building and strengthening liquid. (Alternatively, Oat or almond milk can be used, or just warm water with a tsp of ghee.)

It is taken in capsules; do not just take one capsule; take at least three. Follow with a cup of warm, not cold, milk or a milk substitute or a cup of warm water with a tsp of ghee. (Formula needs to be taken with some fat)
