ABOUT FORMULA
The Building & Strengthening Nutritional Superfood, also called the Vata Superfood, is a warming, grounding, and deeply nourishing herbal supplement designed for individuals with Vata-type imbalances—such as fatigue, coldness, dryness, and low stamina. According to Ayurveda, Vata types require dense, oily, and warming nourishment to maintain strength and vitality.
This formula is traditionally used to rebuild energy, strengthen weak tissues, and support the nervous and digestive systems. It is ideal for those who feel underweight, depleted, or have low physical resilience. Unlike synthetic multivitamins, it contains only whole, organic, food-based ingredients to nourish all seven tissues (dhatus) without overstimulation.
Key Benefits:
- Acts as a food-based multivitamin and mineral source
- Replenishes energy and physical stamina
- Supports immune and adrenal function
- Warms the body and aids nutrient absorption
- Rebuilds weak tissues and supports long-term vitality
- Improves digestion in Vata-type individuals
- Ideal for cold weather, exhaustion, and recovery states
ABOUT HERBS
Each herb in this blend has been traditionally used to strengthen, nourish, and warm the body:
- Wheatgrass – Rich in chlorophyll and vitamins A, C, and E; supports cellular energy and mild detoxification
- Dashamoola – A classical 10-root Ayurvedic formula traditionally used to strengthen the nervous system and rebuild tissue
- Spirulina – A protein- and iron-rich algae that enhances endurance and nourishes weakened tissues
- Chlorella – Supports detoxification while replenishing minerals and promoting vitality
- Ashwagandha – A renowned adaptogen used to increase strength, stamina, and nervous system resilience
- Beetroot Powder – Traditionally used to build the blood and support circulation
- Cumin – Enhances digestion and nutrient assimilation
- Cinnamon – Stimulates warmth and circulation while balancing blood sugar
- Ginger – A warming herb used to relieve fatigue and enhance Agni (digestive fire)
- Kelp – Provides natural iodine and minerals for thyroid and metabolic support
- Licorice – Known to support adrenal function, enhance immunity, and soothe the digestive tract
These herbs work together to rebuild strength, balance Vata dosha, and provide lasting nourishment and warmth.

TIPS & NOTES
Dietary guidelines:
To balance Vata, follow a warm, moist, and grounding diet. Prioritize cooked foods like stews, soups, root vegetables, oatmeal, and mung dal khichadi. Use ghee or sesame oil generously, and avoid cold, dry, raw foods like salads, crackers, smoothies, and cold drinks. Avoid caffeine, fasts, and erratic eating. Herbal teas such as Vata Digestive Tea are ideal.
Note: These Ayurvedic formulas are more powerful than teas, tinctures, or single herbs. Many contain over 50 synergistic ingredients chosen for specific conditions and doshic imbalances. Please read each formula's description to ensure it suits your health needs.
