 If you have chronic INFLAMMATION with HEAT and swelling, then you are better off getting my tea, AYURVEDIC ANTI-INFLAMMATORY TEA (These teas can be combined if needed) 

ABOUT THE FORMULA:
White Willow bark has been used for centuries for joint and muscle pain. It works like a natural aspirin. Devil's Claw is a powerful analgesic herb that reduces joint pain. Meadowsweet and Turmeric are the main anti-inflammatories to reduce swelling and flair-ups.  Nettle is anti-inflammatory and "alkalizing" and has tremendous nutritional value, thus giving an affinity to degenerative bone conditions. Ginger and Rosemary give the blend strength and warmth to make it more effective.

Patients say if they drink it at night, they have much less pain in the morning. Other people drink a few cups a day and get off their pain meds. 
Each bag contains approximately 25-30 servings or approx.

Take 1 to 2 TSP of loose-leaf tea into a strainer ball, or an empty tea bag, or just put the loose-leaf herbs in a cup. Then steep in boiling water, (typically 15 minutes).
