PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Cooling & Calming Support for Pitta-Based Stress and Burnout

This Ayurvedic formula is traditionally used to support adrenal health, restore energy, and calm the nervous system—especially in Pitta-dominant individuals who experience mental burnout, internal heat, and emotional agitation.

According to traditional Ayurvedic texts, this formula nourishes and rejuvenates the endocrine system, reduces nervous tension, and promotes long-term emotional balance. It provides sustained energy without overstimulation, making it safe and effective for daily use in cases of adrenal fatigue, anxiety, and hormonal depletion.

Key Benefits:

  • Cools and balances excess Pitta
  • Supports adrenal gland function
  • Provides calm, non-stimulating energy
  • Reduces anxiety and emotional reactivity
  • Restores vitality and hormonal balance
  • Enhances clarity, focus, and mood stability
  • Supports long-term recovery from stress and fatigue

ABOUT HERBS

Traditionally Used Herbs for Hormonal Recovery & Emotional Balance

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – Traditionally used to restore adrenal function, build resilience to stress, and calm the mind. A foundational adaptogen in Ayurveda for Vata-Pitta balance.
  • Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) – Known in Ayurveda for balancing hormones and deeply nourishing the reproductive and endocrine systems. Cools Pitta and builds long-term strength.
  • Bala (Sida cordifolia) – Used historically to restore strength after illness or exhaustion. Promotes stamina and physical rejuvenation.
  • Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – A calming nervine that supports clarity, memory, and emotional stability. Traditionally used to soothe a restless mind.
  • Kaunch (Mucuna pruriens) – Promotes energy and nerve repair. Traditionally used to support dopamine production and balance the effects of chronic stress.
  • Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) – Used in Ayurveda to cool the liver, calm digestive heat, and reduce mental agitation.
  • Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) – Gently warming yet Pitta-safe. Supports digestion, circulation, and mental alertness without overstimulation.

These herbs work synergistically to rebuild adrenal strength, reduce excess heat, and stabilize mood while calming the nervous system.

TIPS & NOTES

Dietary guidelines: Favor a Pitta-balancing diet while using this formula:

  • Eat cooling, grounding foods (cooked greens, basmati rice, mung dal)
  • Avoid spicy, oily, fried, or acidic foods
  • Reduce caffeine, alcohol, red meat, and fermented foods
  • Include aloe vera juice, rose water, coconut, and raw dairy (if tolerated)

Additional Notes:

  • Use consistently for 1–3 months to rebuild adrenal function
  • Avoid taking with plain water; always use a milk or fatty base
  • This formula is non-stimulating and will not cause energy crashes
  • May also benefit Vata individuals with heat and anxiety symptoms

Note: These Ayurvedic formulas are more powerful than teas, tinctures, or single herbs. You will notice many of these formulas are often formulas within formulas totaling up to 50 herbs in one product. Ayurvedic products are generally used for specific health issues and often for different types of health issues based on Vata, Pitta, and Kapha imbalances. Thus, read about each product carefully before purchasing.

For major or complex health issues, it is recommended to do a Zoom appointment with Khabir, who will pick or even provide custom formulas or teas for you along with dietary guidelines.
