ACNE TEA with Neem
Especially for acne, pimples, blackheads, and stubborn skin breakouts

100% Organic ingredients: Burdock root, Dandelion Root, Yellow dock, Turmeric, Neem Leaf, Licorice Root

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This powerful herbal tea is carefully formulated to address the root causes of acne and persistent skin breakouts. It helps purify the blood, support liver detoxification, and calm internal inflammation — all essential for reducing pimples, blackheads, and pus-filled acne.

According to Ayurveda, acne and pimples arise from excess heat and toxins (Pitta imbalance) in the blood and liver. This formula cools and detoxifies the system, clearing internal congestion and supporting healthy, clear skin from within.

Especially helpful for:

  • Red, inflamed acne (face and body)
  • Blackheads and whiteheads
  • Pus-filled pimples
  • Oily, congested skin prone to frequent breakouts
  • General skin detoxification and glow

This tea works best when used consistently and as part of a full acne-clearing protocol.

ABOUT HERBS

Burdock Root – A renowned blood purifier, traditionally used to help clear chronic skin eruptions by supporting liver and lymphatic detoxification.

Dandelion Root – Promotes strong liver and gallbladder function, essential for eliminating toxins that can contribute to acne and skin inflammation.

Yellow Dock – Known for its blood-cleansing and mild laxative effects; supports bowel regularity to reduce internal heat and clear toxins.

Turmeric – A classic anti-inflammatory and liver-supporting herb that helps reduce redness, pus, and swelling in acne lesions.

Neem Leaf – One of Ayurveda’s most important herbs for skin. Strongly antibacterial, antifungal, and cooling; fights acne-causing bacteria and reduces skin inflammation.

Licorice Root – Helps calm hormonal imbalances, reduces inflammation, and supports adrenal health — important for stress-related breakouts.

Together, these herbs address the internal causes of acne, rather than just suppressing surface symptoms.

HOW TO TAKE

Dosage: Use 1–2 tablespoons of ACNE TEA per day.

Preparation:

  • Boil 2–3 cups of water in a pot.
  • Add tea herbs and simmer until reduced by half.
  • Strain and drink warm, ideally between meals or on an empty stomach.
  • Add raw honey if desired.

Frequency: Drink 1–2 cups daily. Best results with continuous use for 3–6 weeks or longer, depending on skin severity.

Pair with or one or more of the following:

  • Skin Formula – Pitta — deeply cools and detoxifies blood and liver for chronic red, inflamed acne.
  • Skin Formula VK — supports skin healing for mixed Vata-Kapha-type breakouts (deep, cystic acne and oily skin).
  • Allergy Skin Formula — ideal if acne is linked to allergic reactions or sudden skin flare-ups.
  • Soothing Bath Powder — used externally to calm inflamed skin and soothe acne-prone areas.
  • Blood Detox Tea — powerful internal cleanser to further purify blood and support acne recovery.

TIPS & NOTES

Dietary Guidelines:
Follow a Pitta-pacifying diet: avoid hot spices, fried foods, nightshades (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes), and excessive dairy or sugar. Favor cooling foods like bitter greens, cucumbers, zucchini, and cilantro. Drink plenty of warm water and herbal teas.

Important:
Advanced herbal teas are far more concentrated and potent than typical teas or tinctures. Many contain up to 20 herbs, carefully combined to work synergistically. Long-term consistent use is essential for skin clearing and detoxification.

For deeper guidance, especially in stubborn or cystic acne cases, it is highly recommended to schedule a Zoom consultation with Khabir for a personalized herbal and dietary plan.
